Club Finance EMLYON Business School Forever organizes a round table about "The funding of startups - stakes and testimonies of the players".
With the presence of:
- Olivier Younès, PhD, Affiliated Professor at HEC Paris with a focus on entrepreneurship and venture capital. He is also Visiting Professor in private equity at UC Berkeley (California) and Paris Dauphine. He is the Founding CEO of EXPEN (www.expen.com) a Tech Transaction Company ranked "Best Due Diligence Advisor" and "Best Company's Valuation", which recently advised the 300MUSD fundraising of the unicorn Deliveroo in the UK .
- Pascal Quiry, professor in finance at HEC, holder of
the BNP Paribas chair, co-author of Vernimmen, and founder of the investment
fund Monestier Capital
- Jonathan Sarfati, CFO of Stuart, a startup founded in
2015 specializing in urban area delivery and recently bought by La Poste. Before
that he was CFO of Westwing France (e-commerce) and OXIAL group (software). He
has also participated in several fundraising and M & A operations as an
intermediary. Jonathan is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Lille.
- Augustin Doumbe, co-founder of YouOrder, a environmental
friendly delivery platform. Augustin Doumbe holds an M1 in transportation and an
MBA in international purchases and had the opportunity to work at Orange and
Alstom in Purchasing Supply Chain.
- Guillaume Lombaert founder of BizMeeting, booking service for seminars and meetings, conferences and training. BizMeeting intervenes in the market of seminars and company meetings by digitizing the booking process. The BizMeeting solution enables companies to control these items, which can account for up to 4% of their annual turnover.
The conference will take place on Thursday, the 8th of June from 7 pm to 9 pm on the EMLYON Business School campus 15 Boulevard Diderot, 75012 Paris.
